What's a good snap on case that also houses UMDs?

What's a good snap on case that also houses UMDs?

I saw one in an auction, but sadly, didn't win it and that case wasn't identified. It looked like it snapped over a PSP-1000 and held a pair of UMDs on the half in front of the display side of the system. I'm looking for something much like that, which is still small and pocketable.
