My wireless controller blinks twice then shut off.

When i turn on the controller, my xbox 360 turns on also but my controller blinks twice then shut off. I change the battery packs to the new ones but didn't work. I tried to unplug my xbox for 3 minutes, plug it in and it still didn't work. Yesterday i played games with it normally. How to fix? Many thanks.
