Im trying to remember the name of a NES game where you dig/drill!

Been searching for a game on NES for many years, but I can't find it!
I will start by saying it's none of these games - Dig Dug, Boulder Dash, Spelunker, Crystal Mines, Hotman or Wrecking Crew.
I have a very faint memory of it, but I know my neighbour had this game! It may be a unlicensed game or a very uncommon one!
You control a snake or drill, dont remember if it was attached to something, you start on the surface, then you have to follow different tunnel paths to collect dots, after you pick up every dot you go to the next level. you also had to retract to avoid stuff, and I believe there was a time limit. it had many maps!
Does anyone have any a clue? please help!
