Does anyone know if the guy who helped program the "Winner is you" cart that had actual music on it?

[Released: 1990] The SNES was the best-selling console of the 16-bit era despite its relatively late start and the fierce competition it faced. The console was able to run some of the first three-dimensional video games on consoles, beginning with Star Fox.

Image I'm wanting to create an snes cart that has music I did for a video game. I just found out Nintendoage was killed off for some reason so any of the info that was there is gone. The soundtrack is somewhat big so I would likely only want part of it on the cart. For anyone wondering the game I made music for is called Severed steel. I probably couldn't use the art I included here for legal reasons but thought I'd share, I have a couple different versions.
Btw the artist that did the art included here is Ink Trash. He does retro styled covers for new games. His work is fantastic.

Also here's a track the game.
