PSP 3001 won’t recognize my access point

PSP 3001 won’t recognize my access point

https://imgur.com/a/zg5fc15 I’ve tried multiple times to connect it to the internet and I keep getting this error. Is there something wrong with my internet, the PSP, or is it impossible to connect to the internet now?
