Trying to recall the name of multiplayer game I used to play as child

Spent past week looking through NES playthroughs but I can't find it. I had luck with this sub on finding the game(mckids-but actually hacked version that I used to play) so trying my luck here again.
I remember playing this game regularly with my parents 20 years ago or so on famicom.
It was multiplayer game with ducks(or similar birdish like heroes), in dark world settings where you play together to beat the bosses etc. I remember that weapons were kinda getting stronger as you take upgrades/beat bosses. It was the most amazing multiplayer NES game that I have played by far. I played that one, MCMario(mckids) and darkwing duck regularly. I have absolutely no clue how game is called though. Anyone has any idea what it is?
