Console FRAGing after nkpatcher crash

Hi folks, I'm using a 1.6 Xbox, softmodded. Today I entered into NKPatcher to reduce the fan speed back down to default after getting tired of the fan volume. I clicked default, it loaded in the fan profile then gave the usual message saying to restart the xbox for the changes to take effect. Only, after dismissing that message the xbox appeared to crash. It was still outputting NKpatcher but I couldn't navigate the menus or anything, seemed frozen.
I waited a couple of minutes hoping that this would fix it but still nothing. Eventually I caved and turned the xbox off. Only when i tried to start it back up again it has started FRAGing. And now I can't get it to boot at all.
Is it just done for or is there anything I can do to fix it?
EDIT: After leaving it unplugged for a while I managed to get it to turn on but it crashes during the boot screen, then after turning it off it'll just frag again when I turn it back on. video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZqfOuewhej8
