Can anyone help me find this n64 character?

Can anyone help me find this n64 character?

It’s a paper white character. He’s a rectangular floating head. He has a mustache and a very prominent set of eyebrows. I cannot remember his attack. It is not a thwomp, king bob omb, or the latiku. (i’m not even sure it’s a mario character) I think it was some sort of boss or mini boss. Thank u!!
