Trying to find crwzy SNES inspired music video

*crazy not crwzy.
Some years ago I would watch this video (may have been a couple in a series) made by underground graphic artists/designers. Looked like a side scroller Japanese action SNES game. Super brutal and intense, lots of attention to detail. Hero guy I think qS followed by a black cat. I remember a girl with black hair I think ends up being final boss that tries to destroy the world, and it's just super intense visually. The music was all MIDI sounding too, but super heavy metal. It was amazing and I cannot find it or remember the name, so hoping someone around here does since it's fitting with the SNES world.
