N64 won’t turn on, any suggestions?

N64 won’t turn on, any suggestions?

So I just got an N64 from a friend with about a handful or two worth of games. I plugged everything in, popped a game in, and… no picture. The power LED turns on but just no video.
Now, I don’t wanna write this unit off as a broken one as I’ve previously owned a N64 from 2013-2019 and up until 2019, I assumed it was broken until I took out the pak inserted (don’t remember if it was a jumper pak or expansion pak) and put it back in.
I did the same thing here (taking the Jumper Pak in and out) but the issue still occurs. Despite this, something tells me this thing isn’t broken & maybe I’m missing something. I was gonna start by getting another Jumper Pak or maybe an expansion pak, besides this does anyone else have some suggestions?
