Has anyone used a Marseille mClassic cable with their Sega Genesis? What were your results?

[Released: 1988] The Sega Genesis was Sega's most successful console; though Sega has never released a total sales figure quote. Several add-ons were created including the Sega CD and Sega 32X which extended its capabilities.

I currently have a Mega Drive MK1 into a RetroTink 2X (via RGB Scart with dedicated stereo input from the 3.5mm jack) that then outputs a 480P image to my 4KTV.
Would a Marseille mClassic improve the image quality at all in such a setup? Based on my understanding, it could then upscale the 480P image to 1080P - and my 4KTV will likely handle said image better, right?
Has anyone experimented with such a setup?
