Video issue with Super Famicom

[Released: 1990] The SNES was the best-selling console of the 16-bit era despite its relatively late start and the fierce competition it faced. The console was able to run some of the first three-dimensional video games on consoles, beginning with Star Fox.

Video issue with Super Famicom

Post by /snes »

Image Hi, my Super Famicom is working well when connected to a Sony CRT, but it displays a noisy signal constantly moving down when connected to my modern TV (same issue both with RGB cable and OSSC + HDMI). The same cable / TV / OSSC works well with another Super Famicom I have, so having discarded that, I wonder what could cause those? Doesn't seem like a faulty GFX Chip, as all Graphis appear correctly (especially on the CRT), just some noise/frequency on top?Does anyone have any idea on what to look for, or how to fix this?
