Can I use my modded xbox to rip my games and then use them on my PC?

I have a modded xbox so know I can rip my games to the HDD but are these files useable with Xemu if I FTP them to my PC? I ask because I want to throw a few from my collection onto my steam deck, basically can those files be used as is or be converted somehow?
I have a pretty solid collection in my opinion and its a shame to see them forced a dark and lonely existence locked in my home when so many seem to run on the deck based on my research haha.
