Which games do emulators struggle with?

Which games do emulators struggle with?

With all the talk of the Analogue Pocket and the FPGA being so great, I am curious which games this is specific for. I have always emulated SNES and other consoles on my OG XBOX, with lag-free hardware adapters for OEM controllers. I've never seen any lag or an difference whatsoever in any game. Is my cork sniffing just sub par?
