Super Famicom that makes "fuzzy" noise

Recently bought a Super Famicom for $30, with the only issue being that it makes a"fuzzy" noise. Played it the other night and yeah, it did have this crackling fuzzy noise that you can hear while only barely being able to hear the original audio. Any ideas on where to start to look at for a fix? Can post pictures later of the internals. Just point me to the right area to look at.
