Ordered the MVSX, starting to wonder...

I am in the USA and ordered the MVSX from the snkmvsx.com site a week ago and still haven't received any tracking info or heard from support after emailing them. Should I have ordered from the Unico site instead? I thought the snkmvs.com site was the "official" one. Does anybody know the difference between the two?
