Hello! I wanted to show and tell about a project I have been working on for a little while now. ELPi (Electronic Long Play/Pi, yes, absolutely awesome name). I extended my surround sound system by soldering extra speakers onto it, then using a raspberry pi with this project I made a free streaming services, ad-free, no apps, no bluetooth, just jump on the webpage and you're ready to listen! I've hosted the project on github for anyone who wants to make their own twist on it, or just have it as a nice extra addon for their Pi (It runs alongside any other service you've got on it, for me I run it alongside retropie, so music and games in one) https://github.com/DefaultV/ELPi So far, my goals to improve it are by adding scrubbing, pausing and a queue system.
