Looking for some help with a modded Genesis/Megadrive and 32X

[Released: 1988] The Sega Genesis was Sega's most successful console; though Sega has never released a total sales figure quote. Several add-ons were created including the Sega CD and Sega 32X which extended its capabilities.

Hi, yesterday I got a bundle of a region switch modded PAL Genesis/Megadrive Model 1 and a region switch modded NTSC-U 32X. When I'm playing without the 32X, everything works fine. When I'm playing with the 32X attached with both systems set to NTSC, everything works fine. However, when the Genesis/Mega Drive is set to PAL and the 32X is attached, I don't get any colour and there's visual artefacting on the screen. Is there a way I can make both PAL and NTSC work with colour while the 32X is attached? Thanks in advance.
