Transferring Raspberry OS from one drive to another?

Transferring Raspberry OS from one drive to another?

Hey everyone,
I recently got a RPi 4 B 8gb and installed Raspberry OS on it with a flash drive. I didn’t realize until after taking the time to set up PiHole with a ton of blacklist and white list domains that the OS was installed on the flash drive and not the SSD it was meant to install to.
I have zero Linux experience but am doing what I can to learn. Can I just drag my directory from one drive to another so I can reclaim my flash drive?
