Uninstall Project Eris for AutoBleem?

I want to switch my PSC over to AutoBleem but I have no idea where to start. I have over 200GB of games, KMFDManic's cores, emulators, the works on my existing Project Eris build.
Can anyone point me in the right direction how to do move over to AutoBleem?
