Can I plug an PAL NES into a NTSC format TV using an RF cable (F-type connector)?

[Released: 1983] The best-selling gaming console of its time. With the NES, Nintendo introduced a now-standard business model of licensing third-party developers, authorizing them to produce and distribute software for Nintendo's platform.

I’m no expert so I come here. I’m aware that connecting a PAL NES system to an NTSC with a standard composite usually produces less than desirable video quality. My question is would I get a similar result with me using the NES RF cable instead?
