Mega Man The Wily Wars "checksum error" after extracting it from MD Mini

Mega Man The Wily Wars "checksum error" after extracting it from MD Mini

I extracted Mega Man The Wily Wars from my Mega Drive Mini, gives "checksum error" when I try to boot it.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Update: I'm using the emulator Fusion, and I should clarify that it's outright refusing to boot.
