Does anyone have any knowledge on PoE for the Pi 3 A+?

Does anyone have any knowledge on PoE for the Pi 3 A+?

Pi shortages led me to buying any Pi available, so I've ended up with two Pi 3 A+ models. Has anyone figured out PoE for them? I've tried googling but google just throws out the A+. I've looked into the Pi Zero PoE kits hoping there's a compatibility list but nothing mentions a Pi 3 A+.
