What would be the most ideal set of specs for a 'networking' focused Pi carrier board?

The Raspberry Pi is a series of credit card-sized single-board computers developed in the United Kingdom by the Raspberry Pi Foundation to promote the teaching of basic computer science in schools and developing countries.

Image [h=1]Hi There![/h] I am willing to seek opinions from other users in this forum about Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 carrier boards.
If there is a carrier board for the raspberry pi CM4 with these specs, would it be useful? Would these specs suit an average developer or a hobbyist working on a networking-related project?
If this carrier board were to be developed to aid in networking related projects using the Pi CM4, what other features would you expect?

Do you have any suggestions for the development of a board like this?
Any comments regarding your opinion is appreciated.
Thanks.
