Flash SD card without SD reader

Flash SD card without SD reader

Hello!
This might sound stupid for some of you, but I am just a beginner with R-Pis.
I got the used one recently, and bought the SD card just a few hours ago. But now when I came home, I noticed that I should have the SD card reader, so I can connect it to the PC and flash the image. I tried inserting it in the phone and flash it there. but the "flashing software" doesnt find it. I also tried with mobile app "Pi SD card imager", but sadly it doesnt work.
What else could I try?
