HELP WANTED: How do I connect a power supply to my MVS-4?

I purchased a partially gutted MVS-4 on FB marketplace a couple of weeks ago. I've never restored the internals on a cab before.
I finally collected all the missing pieces needed to make it work - power supply, motherboard, game (hopefully this is all I need.)
The harness is in there - it's the original harness from what I can tell, so I don't think it's been converted to MAME
I purchased the power supply from twisted quarter - it's supposed to be the exact power supply needed to run this machine -- however, I have an extra hook up in the cab and some of the colors on the wires I do have don't match what is coming out of the power supply
so before I turn ANYTHING on I want to be 1000% sure I have everything right.
Is there a video/picture walk-through somewhere showing how the power supply/motherboard should be properly connected inside the cabinet?
Any help would be appreciated!
