Project eris not loading

Project eris not loading

yesterday i installed project eris booted it up and it worked so i plugged it back into my pc and loaded some games on it they came to about 130gb so i left it transferring and went to bed this morning i plugged the usb back into psc and it gets to the project eris splash screen but doesn't get any further ive been looking but cant find a reason so any help would be appreciated
also a question
can the games be in their own folders inside transfer or do they have to be in the transfer folder only
