Problem with stepper on my raspberry Pi 4B while using it in second thread

Problem with stepper on my raspberry Pi 4B while using it in second thread

Hello so I have been trying to solve why my steppers behave weird while in thread (otherwise they work with no problem). I use A4988 (step pin gpio 24) + RpiMotorLib for my steppers.
When I start my motor in that thread it is amazingly slow and has low torque, I have connected my Logic Analyzer to my step pin and when it works normally it shows that signal has around 450Hz, but than I discovered that while in thread signal to step pin has 80Hz
would anyone know how to solve that?
