Anyone here have a Mega Everdrive X3 or X5 and play SG-1000, Game Gear or MSX games?

[Released: 1988] The Sega Genesis was Sega's most successful console; though Sega has never released a total sales figure quote. Several add-ons were created including the Sega CD and Sega 32X which extended its capabilities.

I read that the Genesis is supposed to be able to play those other systems bc of its Master System support. ...or will these roms only play on a real Master System and not via the Genesis?
