Help: VA7 Genesis One No Sign of Life!

Help: VA7 Genesis One No Sign of Life!

I bought a Genesis One on Marketplace for about $20. Gave it a quick dust bunny eviction and plugged it in. There's absolutely no sign of life, and I am confident these cables work as they are fine with my other Genesis One.
Are there any comprehensive troubleshooting guides for this problem? My gut is telling me there could be a problem with the power switch as it is uncharacteristically snappy. However I am unaware of if there are perhaps other common points of failure on this model.
