Is there a Sega Genesis/Mega Drive emulator that's still supported today?

[Released: 1988] The Sega Genesis was Sega's most successful console; though Sega has never released a total sales figure quote. Several add-ons were created including the Sega CD and Sega 32X which extended its capabilities.

I can't find a dedicated SG/MD emulator that is still supported today, when I try to search for one, the best option that pops up is Kega Fusion, an emulator that hasn't been supported for over 12 years. RetroArch is still supported but that is just a plargiarist emulator.
