Would component cables have a better picture vs composite on LED HDTV?

[Released: 1988] The Sega Genesis was Sega's most successful console; though Sega has never released a total sales figure quote. Several add-ons were created including the Sega CD and Sega 32X which extended its capabilities.

Would component cables have a better picture vs composite on LED HDTV? I know I can order cables that plug into hdmi, but not wanting to spend a lot of money. I’m only playing on a 32â€￾ LG tv anyway. Composite isn’t horrible, but my tv has component as well, so if it’s an upgrade, I’ll get those cables. What do y’all think?
