6-button MVS cab control panel? Repro?

I'm picking up a gutted MVS-4-25 (ver. 3) cabinet and will be putting a miSTer into it, I'd like to keep the NG look with the red and white panel but have six buttons per player. Does anyone sell a control panel that looks correct but has 6 buttons for each player drilled? Or would I have to get a blank repro panel and drill it myself? The original has the black area around the buttons so that may not look so great...
Also how does the cabinet side graphics work? They are a little faded, but if it's cheap and easy I'll replace the side art. (is it a decal?)
