Depressed and anxious and ocd

I have been struggling a lot with mental health and I am very depressed and anxious right now. I play video games to help. I am trying to get my games onto my 200+ card from my 120+ card but keep failing. It wont work everytime I do it It fails and says the disk needs to be ejected before removing it or something. This is very frustrating and is making me upset for some reason. Maybe because I spent 100+ dollars on this card and it doesnt work. Every inconvenience feels so painful nowadays. Im so frustrated
