Sega CD bios problem... help!!

[Released: 1988] The Sega Genesis was Sega's most successful console; though Sega has never released a total sales figure quote. Several add-ons were created including the Sega CD and Sega 32X which extended its capabilities.

Sega CD bios problem... help!!

when I download the Sega CD bios, instead of showing up as a BIN file or whatever... it shows up as a MD file because I have every Sega game set to open automatically with Kega Fusion.

when I try to load the Bios in, the file doesn't show up as an option... I think it's because it believes it is a ROM game... how do I fix this??
