Are there any decent tools for designing level layout maps?

I’m currently plotting out the mazes in the game Nightmare Circus. 2 of them are relatively straightforward, but there’s a 3rd one that involve rooms with multiple doors, some which lead you in circles, others which teleport you to another random section of the maze.
So far, I’ve had to use Excel to plot out the basics.
Any decent basic tools I can use to actually put this on a diagram?
