How to get sound in NAM75 within the Hylo hack on MVSX ?

In the READ ME of the hylo hack, I read :

These known issues are copied from the original release:
No audio
#### NAM-1975
Play in console mode using the Universe BIOS menu for audio. ""
So my question is how do you access the Universe BIOS to select console mode in NAM-1975 ?Pressing the A + B + C + Start does nothing.
Any idea ?
