2 specific Retroarch thumbnail not showing although I have them in the thumbnail folder correctly titled

Hey I have 2 thumbnails that wont show for picky and rocky 1 and 2. The png files are titled to match the title displayed on retroarch with " (USA)" at the end. It's just those 2 titles and coincidentally they're from the same series. I dont get the issue, it's weird.
