Is It Possible To Make Your Own NES "Multicart'' Rom (Hopefully compatible With Hakchi)?

I wanted to know because I have (Legally Obtained and Owned) Roms of Games From The Same Series concerning Red Hats, Mushrooms, and Pipes- and I wanted to have Them All in one Multicart Rom/.nes file. (Similar to the Bootleg "infinity x 400 in 1" Multicarts Circling Around The Internet. Or in A more Legal Vain: Donkey Kong Classics or Mario and Duck hunt.). I wanted to know if it was possible to make this "Multicart Rom" on my own and hopefully use it on My Classic Mini via Hackchi
