I Can't Connect the NES Classic to my computer

Everytime I'm in hackchi and I try to connect my nes to my computer, I put the system in fel mode, but it doesn't connect. Also, when I try to install the driver, it says that the nes classic is not found. I'm doing all the steps that it's asking me to do. Can someone help me?
