I was one of the unfortunate people whose PC Engine mini's USB ports were DOA when I ordered it from Amazon Japan. They sent me a replacement and all was well and good...until today. Now, just like the original unit, I'm getting no response from either of the controllers I plug into the USB ports.
I don't know what to do at this point. Amazon isn't going to replace the unit again, and Konami already told me that they couldn't/wouldn't help me when I contacted them about the first unit. Maybe I should reach out to Hori?
