Volkswagen Bus in a Video Game

There was a game I played when I was younger where you could customize a Volkswagen bus color (I always did pink and purple) and then you raced or did an almost destruction derby type of level. I cannot find the title of this game anywhere. The consoles I had were N64 and PS2 so I’m guessing it was on one of those.
