[Neutopia] Where can I buy potions?

Hey all! I'm playing through Neutopia and I'm stuck at the dungeon with the turtle boss and the floating heads. The boss isn't so hard but it's difficult for me to get to him because there are a lot of wizards in this dungeon among other things. Is there somewhere in the overworld that I can buy potions before entering each dungeon? I have searched online but there is not enough info about this game. I bought some potions before but I can't remember where. Thanks.
