Avenue Pad 3 membranes

I've been cleaning a big auction of PCE stuff I bought recently and I have an Avenue Pad 3 that has a torn membrane on the third button. Has anyone replaced these or found replacement parts for them? They're very small membranes compared to the normal PCE controller. Here's a picture of it., you can see where it's torn, it'll get stuck when you push it in too.
