Error code 022-5515, Inet is fine

[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

Error code 022-5515, Inet is fine

Hi,
I get that 022-5515 error code on two 3ds devices. I already changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8. The connection is working, i can test it without any error and i can use the browser.
It worked fine on both several weeks ago and i didn't change anything. I have this problem since a couple of days.
Is there anything else i can try?
