Nintendo funds added but not showing?

[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

First of all sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but I'm not sure where else to go.
I've added funds onto my Nintendo account, which is linked to my 3DS. I've waited a good few hours and it still not added funds to let me buy anything.
Is there a delay or anything? I just want to buy Pokémon yellow ?
