Trying to access Old Gamertag

Trying to access Old Gamertag

Hey guys this is a last resort after spending the afternoon searching the internet and spending time with microsoft support.
Im trying to access my old gamertag from my 360 but the email I thought it was linked to is now linked to a different gamertag. It wont let me re-download the account as I dont have an email to log it into. It also wont let me into my account settings on my xbox, so my gamertag is just sitting there letting me go through the achievements :'(
Microsoft support doesnt have my tag on list and I assume its been deleted by them?
On a scale of 0 to deleted childhood how fucked am I?
