How trustworthy are those Chinese all in one cartridges on eBay?

Been wanting to pick up Pokemon soulsilver for my 3DS however after realising the only legit copies of the game go for £40+, I decided to just buy a reproduction cartridge off of eBay. However, I noticed there was a "208 in 1" game cartridge that came with every Pokemon game plus a bunch of other JRPGs I've wanted to try out that was about the same price as a reprod cart of soulsilver (£15-ish). Was just wondering if anyone had any experience with these particular cartridges and could verify if they're trustworthy/the games aren't borked in some way. I remember having one of these cartridges wayyyyyy back in the day for old DS lite that had about 50 games on it and it did work fine but I'm just being cautious.
