My 360 E keeps shutting down due to insufficient ventilation

[Released: 2005] As the second console from Microsoft, the XBOX 360 completely sold out upon release in all regions except in Japan. About 33% of all consoles became defective making it the most unreliable console ever created.

I keep my console in a very well ventilated area, and I just completely took it apart and removed all of the dust. This has been going on for a few months now and I have yet to find out why. I would let my console sit for a few days before trying to start it again to ensure it wasn’t shutting down due to heat. The fan is always running at full speed, too. Does anyone have any helpful advice?
