What temperature readings are more accurate ?

What temperature readings are more accurate ?

I have just changed thermal paste and I’m getting 2 very different temperature readings , on XBMC I’m getting : CPU 32 and GPU 32 where as on Unleash X I’m getting CPU 51 and M/B 51. I’ve heard that unleash X can be in accurate.
